It's available in two versions: UNIVERSAL, prepared for the bike with the original stem removed, and SPECIAL for the bike that have the stem in the fusion of the original plates.
ATTENTION !!!! The YAMAHA FZ1 need the riser N1017/U + the code YF1117.
